Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 lb. crawfish tails
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
4 oz. jar mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
12 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Melt butter and saute green onions and crawfish tails.
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour until it makes a stiff paste.
Add mushrooms and parsley.
Add salt, black pepper and cayenne to your taste. When ready to serve, add exactly 12 ounces sour cream and heat. Serve from chafing dish with assorted crackers, Melba rounds or small party shells.
