Creamy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    8 oz. lite cream cheese
    1 c. lite sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. dried chives (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes until done.
    Mash
    potatoes with sour cream, cream cheese and margarine until
    creamy.
    Add
    a small amount of milk if potatoes are
    stiff.
    Sprinkle
    dried chives onto mixture and fold in.
    Place
    mixture
    in
    greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Do not brown. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
