Lasagne - cooking recipe

15 oz. spaghetti sauce
3/4 lb. lasagne noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. white pepper
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Cook lasagne noodles in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes; drain.
Break Italian sausage into small pieces; cook in pan.
Put on paper towel to drain excess fat.
Mix together Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepper, eggs and parsley.
Divide spaghetti sauce into 4 equal parts.
Divide noodles into 3 equal parts.
Divide Ricotta cheese mixture into 2 equal parts.
Divide sausage into 2 equal parts.
Divide Mozzarella cheese into 3 equal parts.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, assemble lasagne layers as follows: spaghetti sauce, noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, spaghetti sauce, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, Ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, spaghetti sauce, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to set layers.
Cut into squares and serve.
