Ingredients

1 12 oz. can of beer
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
garlic chopped
1/3 cup flour
3 pounds round steak cubed
1 can mush rooms (optional)

Preparation

Crush either BBQ Chips or plain chips.
Melt 1 or 2 sticks butter.
