Chicken Gumbo Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    8 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    3/4 c. canned tomatoes, diced
    3/4 c. okra
    8 1/2 Tbsp. rice, uncooked
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2/3 c. cooked chicken, diced
Preparation
    Combine water and chicken bouillon cubes in soup kettle.
    Add carrots, onions, green pepper, celery, tomatoes, okra and rice. Heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 1 minute (until vegetables are tender).
    Add soy sauce and diced chicken.
    Remove from heat and serve.
