Oat-Millet Waffles(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. distilled water
    1 c. whole millet
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    6 Tbsp. nut meal (your choice)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients about 1 minute or until smooth texture. Let mixture stand for about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Bake on hot waffle iron that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Batter will be very thin. Can be made in nonstick skillet.
    Bake each waffle 10 to 12 minutes.
