Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium pared potatoes, boiled
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream with chives
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix
    together with fork.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
