Fried Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroons
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    pinch of cinnamon
    6 eggs
    breadcrumbs
    1/2 lb. butter
    powdered sugar
    brandy
Preparation
    Reduce macaroons to fine crumbs and blend until smooth with Ricotta, cinnamon and 4 eggs.
    Roll into walnut size balls.
    Dip them in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
    Brown in butter; sprinkle with sugar and brandy and flame to serve.
    Delicious and beautiful.
