Grammy Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
Add egg and vanilla.
Gradually add flour until well blended.
Drop by teaspoon onto
a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten and sprinkle with colorful nonpareils.
Bake until golden with a light brown edge around the cookie.
