2 c. yellow self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Cheddar, grated
2 eggs
2 jalapenos, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
