Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Mix sugar and milk in a large saucepan.
Add oleo. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 5 minutes or until 234\u00b0 on the candy thermometer, stirring constantly, to keep from scorching.
Remove from heat, stir in chips
until melted, then add Marshmallow Creme.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
Cool.
Cut in squares.
