Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    5 c. chopped apples
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour and cinnamon.
    Beat eggs and sugar until creamy; add oil and vanilla and beat until smooth.
    Add flour mixture and mix; form into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately one hour.
