Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes peeled, cubed and boiled
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In sauce pan, melt margarine and cheese, add sour cream.
    Mix with potatoes.
    Spoon potato mixture into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
    Top with more cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
