Mandarin Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 c. unsweetened apricot nectar
2 (10 1/4 oz.) cans unsweetened mandarin oranges, drained
1 angel food cake
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Add orange juice and apricot nectar, stirring until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly 5 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat; stir in oranges, reserving 1/4 cup oranges for garnish. Chill thoroughly.
