Mary'S Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (small) spareribs
1 smoked kielbasa
1 chorice sausage
1 small cabbage
4 large potatoes
1 large onion, sliced
4 to 5 carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, brown spareribs lightly (cut into 2 to 3 ribs each).
Drain most of oil from ribs.
Leave ribs in pot and add sliced onion.
Saute a few minutes, then add chorice sausage (cut in 2-inch pieces) and kielbasa (cut same).
After browning, add water to cover and cook for 1/2 hour.
Now you may add cut up carrots.
When carrots are half done, add cabbage, cut in 4.
Add potatoes last.
(Cut as you like.)
Cook until done with cover on. If need more water, add it.
Makes a lot leftovers.
