Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla ice cream
    Oreo cookies, crushed
    1 stick butter
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Scoop ice cream into balls approximately the size of tennis balls. Roll ice cream balls in crushed Oreos, completely covering. Place on cookie sheet. Cover with foil and place in the freezer.
