Bombay Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked turkey breast
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 or 2 Tbsp. Major Grey chutney
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions (white part)
    1 Tbsp. toasted almonds
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut turkey in 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Blend other ingredients into mayonnaise.
    Toss with turkey.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
