Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
dash of pepper
Preparation

Blend oil, flour, mustard, salt and pepper in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium-high heat 1 minute.
Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles. Makes about 1 cup.
