Meat And Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. uncooked spiral pasta
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    4 tsp. minced chives
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain with cold water. Transfer to ungreased 2-quart baking dish. In a mixing bowl, beat sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in the chives, salt and pepper. Spoon over pasta.
