Hot Spinach Dip With Toasted Cheese Pita Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped (1/3 c.)
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
dash of black pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. white wine or dry sherry
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in margarine until tender.
Stir in flour and pepper.
Add the milk all at once.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm with pita chips.
