Almost Fat-Free Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal (quick or regular)
1 c. applesauce*
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour oatmeal in hot water and let stand for 20 minutes if using regular oats, less if using quick oats.
Mix all the other ingredients and then add oats.
Set oven to 325\u00b0 and cook in oiled or \"Pamed\" 9 x 9-inch pan for around 35 minutes or maybe more (keep in mind this is a very moist cake).
