Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked beef roast (leftover), shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Put beef roast and onion in pot and cover with water.
    Cook until onion is done.
    Add sage, salt and black pepper.
    In a pint jar, mix flour and water.
    Shake to mix good so you won't have lumps, in thickening.
    While water in beef is slowly boiling, pour in flour mixture until it starts to thicken.
    Take off heat.
