Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage (whole hog)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic
Preparation

Fry sausage and drain grease well.
Add cheese, ketchup, oregano and garlic. Simmer until cheese melts.
Spread on party rye bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes on cookie sheet.
