Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. diced whole oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    pepper slices (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until brown; drain.
    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles with elongated points toward center of a greased 12-inch pizza pan or pie dish.
    Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.
    Crust will be puffy when removed from oven.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spoon sausage over dough.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs with next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Garnish with pepper slices, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
