Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    1 large onion, sliced
    2/3 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place chicken, skin side down, in single layer in buttered pan.
    Top with onion slices.
    Mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan; heat to boiling.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken skin side up.
    Baste with sauce in pan; continue baking, basting once or twice, for 30 minutes longer, until tender and richly glazed.
    (I remove skin before cooking.)
