Coney Island Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery, cooked until tender
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat in a small amount of oil.
    Remove from pan, then add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Cook until tender, then stir in meat.
    Add tomato soup, salt and pepper to taste, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and chili powder.
    Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over buns, rice or beans.
    I usually use rice.
