Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 bowls sugar (cereal bowl)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Add to eggs.
    Scald 1/2 gallon of milk and pour over egg mixture, stirring constantly.
    Put into top of double boiler and cook over hot water (not boiling) for 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon. Strain hot mixture in a cheesecloth.
    Cool and add the half and half cream and flavor.
