Calas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Pet milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and drop by small teaspoon into hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Roll in powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
Excellent warm with coffee or milk.
Eaten with fingers.
