Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten slightly
juice of 1 orange
grated rind of 1 orange
boiling water
1 c. whole cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Dust cranberries and nuts with flour.
Place juice and rind of orange into measuring cup and add boiling water to make 3/4 cup.
Blend butter and sugar until creamy.
Add slightly beaten egg, then orange juice mixture. Blend this with nuts and cranberries into dry ingredients.
Place in a greased small loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
