Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour *
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda *
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt *
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 c. shredded carrots (about 5 medium)
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Mix sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl until blended; beat 1 minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients except carrots and nuts; beat 1 minute.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into pan. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
