Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Combine crackers and oleo.
    Sprinkle over vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
