Shanghai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 c. rice
    1 can Veg-All
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in pan.
    Cook rice, then combine all ingredients and mix.
    Put in oblong 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
