Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, squashed
    1 1/2 lemons (less than 1/4 c. juice)
    1 egg
    3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 c. croutons
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine olive oil and garlic and let sit 1/2 hour.
    Add lemon juice from lemons, egg, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir well.
    Tear 2 heads of romaine lettuce and arrange in bowl.
    Strain dressing into lettuce and toss.
    Top with Romano cheese and croutons and serve.
