Bacon And Tomato Cup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 (10 pack) canned buttermilk biscuits
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 2 mini-muffin tins. Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in medium bowl. Separate each biscuit into 2 biscuits.
    Flatten and place in muffin tin.
    Fill each with bacon mixture.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
