Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In small skillet over medium heat, saute pepper and onion in butter or margarine 3 minutes.
    Set aside.
    In bowl, mix together ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until wet.
    Combine onion and peppers.
    Form into 6 small oval shaped loaves, about 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Place in ungreased baking pan, about 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
