Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil broccoli for 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine eggs, soup, mayonnaise, onion and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Pour over cooked broccoli and stir until blended.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    During the last 10 minutes of baking, top with cracker crumbs and remaining cheese.
