Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box powdered sugar
1 c. soft butter
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Set aside.
Cream sugar and butter together.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with orange juice to the cream mixture.
Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
Fold in egg whites.
Can also make coconut cake.
(Instead of orange juice, use coconut milk.)
