Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
24 to 28 large strawberries (stems intact), rinsed and dried
Preparation

In saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat until chocolate is almost melted.
Remove from heat; stir until smooth.
Or microwave on High 1 minute.
Stir and microwave 30 seconds more. Remove from oven and stir until smooth.
Stir in vegetable oil. Dip half of berry into melted chocolate, letting excess drip back into bowl.
Place on waxed paper covered tray and chill until chocolate is set.
Remove from refrigerator.
Berries can stay at room temperature 12 hours.
Do not chill again or they will weep. Makes 24 to 28.
