Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    5/8 c. vegetable oil
    5/8 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. thawed, sliced frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Combine
    dry
    ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans;
    stir just enough to moisten batter.
    Spoon batter into well-greased
    and
    floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    60 to 70 minutes or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes, then on rack.
