Shuck Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh green beans
    2 or 3 ham hocks
Preparation
    Wash beans; drain and break into pieces.
    Take outside and spread on a clean cloth on a piece of tin in a clean place. Beans will dry in 1 to 3 days.
    Always bring in at night to keep dew off.
    When beans are dry, put in plastic bags and freeze.
