Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 large potatoes, cut in cubes
    1 stick butter
    1 can clear chicken broth
    4 c. water
    3 medium carrots, chopped
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk together. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook until potatoes and carrots are done.
    Add evaporated milk and simmer, 15 minutes, on low heat.
