Fresh Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo, softened
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    5 c. peeled, chopped apples (4 large apples)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat oleo at medium speed, gradually add the 2 cups sugar. Beat well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour to the creamed mixture.
    Stir in the apples and vanilla.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased and floured.
    Combine the 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over the cake batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
