Slicker Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 sticks butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
pinch of baking powder
chicken broth (hot)
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients.
Combine egg, milk and melted butter; add to dry ingredients.
Roll thin; cut into 1-inch squares or 2-inch long strips.
Drop into hot chicken broth; cook until done.
