Friday Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked rice
    leftover vegetables
    leftover meat
    1 egg
    tamari or soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    pepper
    oil
Preparation
    In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil.
    Beat egg with 2 tablespoons of water until frothy.
    Pour into hot pan and let set. Using a spatula, cut egg into strips and scramble.
    Add onion. Cook 1 minute.
    Add rice and enough soy sauce to turn it brown. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add vegetables and chopped meat.
    Stir well until heated through.
    Serve.
