Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    herb seasoned bread crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook squash, carrot and onion together, drain.
    Mash squash, add sour cream and soup, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle layer of bread crumbs into a 9 x 9-inch or 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spoon mixture over crumbs and then top with crumbs.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
