Sweet Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots, cooked and sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. carrot liquid
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 whole cloves
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter; add liquid, salt, pepper and cloves.
    Cook until thick.
    Add vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over cooked carrots and bake for 10 minutes.
    Take out cloves before serving.
