Cheesy Onion Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 1/4 oz.) box frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) container Ricotta
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 dashes cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place 1 sheet of puff pastry on a 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Spread cheese onion mix on top of pastry.
    Top with remaining pastry sheet.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
    Cut into squares and serve.
