Quiche Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg yolk
    3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt into a bowl.
    With a pastry blender or the fingertips, blend the butter into flour.
    Stir in egg yolk and water.
    Form pastry into a ball.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes.
