Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation

Thaw potatoes about 1/2 hour at room temperature, or about 5 minutes in microwave on Defrost setting.
Mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese and soup in large bowl.
Put in casserole.
Cut margarine in patties and place over top of potato mixture.
Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about an hour.
