Bird Of Paradise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer
2 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cut fryer in desired pieces.
Beat eggs; dip pieces of chicken in eggs.
Roll in Parmesan cheese.
Roll in flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Fry at medium heat until golden brown.
Garnish platter with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.
